It is the customers responsibility to guard equipment against loss or damages until it is collected by Albany Creek Party Hire Service. All losses and damages must be paid for at rates invoiced by owner. 3. Hirer is to grant access to Albany Creek Party Hire Service to their equipment for repair or examination when called upon to do so or in case of client default removal of hire goods. 4. No warranty is given by the owner and the owner is not liable for any damages or harm whatsoever in respect to the equipment. |
